There seems to be a conflict when installing UCS@school 3.1R2 Preview on 
UCS 3.1-1 errata 91:

Some packages weren't built. All UCS@school packages have been rebuilt in ucsschool-3.1-R2 scope.

Installation via ucs-school-umc-installer is now possible.
