OpenLDAP should be upgraded to the current upstream version.

OpenLDAP 2.4.35 is imported and built.

Tested slave join and "ucs-test -s ldap -E dangerous" on master and slave.

The next release 2.4.36 just entered the testing phase yesterday. If the changelog shows important fixes and the time frame permits this bug may be reopened.

Changelog: OK

Normal tests: OK

Performance: OK (the import of 65.000 users took the same time as with 2.4.31 and the search performance is identical)
