I think we should have the same bahaviour of the samba-shares listener in samba3 and samba4, so the patch for Bug #29399 should be ported to univention-samba4.

Fixed in ucs_3.2-0: univention-samba4/samba-shares.py now writes changes to /etc/samba/shares.conf.temp and then does an atomic rename to minimize the time of inconsistency.
