We should also allow REAME_UNINSTALLATION and README_POST_UNINSTALLATION.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #31803 +++

It should be possible to show an info message (popup) after the installation of an app. Also after the upgrade.

In the style of README_UPDATE. The files should show the content as HTML.

To make it consistent we should allow / support:
 - README_UPDATE
 - REAME_POST_UPDATE
 - README_INSTALLATION
 - REAME_POST_INSTALLATION

It should be documented in wiki or in the Developer Guide:

every of the following works (with html):
README_UNINSTALL
README_UNINSTALL_DE
README_POST_UNINSTALL
README_POST_UNINSTALL_DE

but after the POST_UNINSTALL message appears the button to close/finish is called 'Continue'.

All README_POST show that "Continue" button. Reasoning: After the README there up to two more dialogs: (possibly) the error page and (in any case) the restart request. So Continue WORKSFORME
