Description Stefan Gohmann univentionstaff 2014-04-15 09:13:30 CEST
We should rename the name of the root CA, for example to "Customer CA" or "Self signed CA".

This issue has been filed against UCS 3. UCS 3 is out of the normal maintenance and many UCS components have vastly changed in UCS 4.

If this issue is still valid, please change the version to a newer UCS version otherwise this issue will be automatically closed in the next weeks.

We should use the "Organization Name" or domainname or make it configurable in system setup.
Comment 3 Erik Damrose univentionstaff 2020-06-22 16:11:26 CEST
I find one thing from the initial request worth repeating: It should be clear from a 'human readable' part of the certificate information that a cert was issued by the UCS CA.
