A customer asked about what will happen when a traceback occurs and he chooses to notify the vendor.  This is not documented and makes it therefore impossible to prepare the IT infrastructure accordingly.

There are at least two ways for sending tracebacks.  1. HTTP-Request (UCR variable: umc/sysinfo/traceback/url) and 2. Mail (UCR Variable umc/web/feedback/mail)

This bug hasn't seen any update for several years. I close it.

If you still see a need for it, you can reopen the bug. Please add an argumentation about why it's important to take care of it.
