Dojo 1.10 Update

We should update Dojo to 1.10. Maybe 1.10.1 will be available at a later point, not sure, though.
required steps: * download the dojo source (~ dojo-1.10-src.tar.gz) from the dojo-toolkit site * replace the tar in the package management/univention-dojo * check if we can remove some of the *.patch files (because they are applied upstream) otherwise merge the existing patches * try to built it local

Could you please include the following patch into the update: https://github.com/dojo/dojo/commit/d8f2e7b1665e016d06d6c97a1de6156efc3db8c6 This is an important patch for debugging problems.

The update is fine so far, thanks. By now, it seems that Dojo 1.10.1 is out, but I will set the bug to VERIFIED and we will see whether we include this update, as well for UCS4.
