Demo App for UCS 4.0

Demo app should be available in the App Center for UCS 4.0.
This should be fixed with the next sync from omar to updates.software-univention.de. The demoapp is nowhere tracked in svn. So the following steps where done: * extract demoapp.deb, update DEBIAN/control, adjust pysupport, add usr/share.*/Changelog.gz * removed devscripts from dependencies * updated UMC JS code slightly * rebuild package contents * moved deb to omar (omar:/mnt/omar/vmwares/mirror/appcenter.test/univention-repository/4.0/maintained/component/univention-demoapp/all/ and omar:/mnt/omar/vmwares/mirror/appcenter/univention-repository/4.0/maintained/component/univention-demoapp/all/) * recreated "Packages", "Packages.gz" and "Packages.bz2" in both directories * recreated "Release" file (do I need to create some Release.gpg?)
I've re-created the Packages files ./refresh-packages.sh 4.0 univention-demoapp and copied the packages to the normal App Center. I've also updated the screenshot. Installation and upgrade were successful.
