Adapt chapter 'Domain services / LDAP directory' to UCS 4.0

Just needed to adapt 3.2.1.2 which was outdated (in German + English) [r55659]. The rest has not changed to the best of my knowledge.

I removed some obsolete parts from the chapter, as well. Notably the section about joining with Windows XP and a reference to managed/mobile clients [r55660].
