The UCS 4 installer uses already the repository server.

I think we should activate the online repository after the installation. At least if the installation was started via DVD.

See scripts/78_repository.sh from the UCS 3 installer.

On my test installation the repository was disabled after the installation. repository/online was set to no.

ucs_4.0-0-20141020-145717-dvd-amd64.iso worked fine. Maybe it was a bug with the DVD build script, which did not pick up the fixed packages.

during installation only dvd is used,
aftwerwards repository/online is set to yes
and repository/online/server is set

automatic update after install failed, because online repository is activated after installer is finished so no update is made

* Activate online repository in 90_postjoin/20upgrade (Bug #36116)

verified fixed, during install only dvd as source, afterwards update 
is executed using online repository
