The text 'Add quota setting for a user on partition' should be changed. For example 'Modify quota setting for stefan on /dev/sda1'.

Another issue in this area, the search text "User:" should be removed or it should be set above the search field.

Adapted the header and help text and removed the search text.

The local test on my vm worked fine.

The text labels are correct when editing / creating a quota.
The search label has been removed.
