I cannot edit the network settings of a KVM instance. The browser console logs "Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function"

As discussed: The 'driver' field is not filled correctly, and the widget's sizes are not adapted to the wizard size

interim version - no changelog required.
Fixed:
* opening of network interface dialog.
* empty drivers list (due to Bug #35656)
* sizes of all input boxes (interface wizard, drive wizard)
* change the deprecated 'regExp' to 'pattern'
