This is a typo in the xkb-data package. There seems to be a more up-to-date version in the online repository of the source package (xkeyboard-config):

The following fix seems to fix the typo mentioned above:

We would need at least version 2.13. The latest Debian version available is, however, 2.12. I added a large patch which is the diff of the git repository between 2.5.1 and 2.13. I could apply this patch without a problem when skipping the files:

  tests/genLists4Comparizon.sh

I removed these from the patch, so it could be applied straight away to our build system.

This issue has been filled against UCS 4.0. The maintenance with bug and security fixes for UCS 4.0 has ended on 31st of May 2016.

Customers still on UCS 4.0 are encouraged to update to UCS 4.3. Please contact
your partner or Univention for any questions.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug" or simply reopen the issue. In this case please provide detailed information on how this issue is affecting you.
