Three problems were found:

* The UCS integration for both Dovecot (Bug #39881) and Cyrus (Bug #39880) fail if the '@'-symbol is part of the local part. Noone will ever create that kind of email address, but it would be legal (and is allowed by UDM).

* Mailquota (Cyrus)
** new: Bug #39956 a ucs-test fails
** known: Bug #35595 it is not possible to delete a mail in horde, if over quota, as horde wants to move it into "Trash")
