The 30.000 job failed because the user DNs couldn't be counted, not enough memory. I've changed the way the count was done and it works now: r65301

The UMC authentication took in the automatic test a little bit longer, I've tested it later again and it worked without problems in about 3 to 5 seconds.

I've switched to m3.xlarge (4 CPUs, 15 GB RAM) because m3.medium (1 VCPU, 3,75 GB RAM) is not really realistic for such an environment.

The import and sync values for 65.000 users are really good. I guess the long time for the password reset was something different.
