The requirements for the release have been done or new issues have been created as blocker bugs:

???: preup.sh: checks for free space seem to be too small → bug 39991
OK: pkg versions in 4.1-0 are larger
OK: pkg built both arch
OK: UCS install + update ISOs are built
OK: separate bugs for all other points (manual, release notes, EC2, vmware images)
→ VERIFIED
