Description Sönke Schwardt-Krummrich univentionstaff 2015-12-01 14:40:48 CET
Feedback from sales and customers (2015112421000313):
the role concept in the UCS@school manual is not precise enough and leads to misunderstandings (in this case by a Datenschützer).

In section "2.1. UCS@school-Benutzerrollen" the sentence "Vollen Zugriff auf die Administrationsfunktionen von UCS@school erhalten die Schuladministratoren." might lead to misunderstandings since unexperienced users tend to mix up administrator access to UCS@school functions and administrator access to the domain.

Additionally the sentence "Die System-Administratoren sind Mitarbeiter mit vollem administrativen Zugriff auf die UCS@school-Systeme, also beispielweise ein IT-Dienstleister, der die Schule beim Betrieb der Server unterstützt." has been interpreted in a way that external service contractors have access to the UCS@school domain by default (data privacy issue).
