Description Michel Smidt 2016-04-06 16:42:17 CEST
Customer assumed the application "Windows-kompatibler Fileserver" was installed locally. He told me: "It was automatically installed." but apparently it was installed on an other fileserver in the domain. So, the information is a bit misleading regarding the "Installed"-Section in the app center. Maybe it would be better to add a second section "Installed in domain" or a flag "Not locally installed."

There is a Customer ID set so I set the flag "Enterprise Customer affected".
Comment 3 Dirk Wiesenthal univentionstaff 2017-11-21 17:01:47 CET
Fixed in
  univention-appcenter (6.0.10-22)

Fixed by changing the wording from "Installed" to "Installed on any UCS server in the domain". But only if there are Apps installed on another UCS server. Otherwise this text is more misleading than the first one.

Only happens in the "Global App Center Environments", so we should not confuse the rest.

please rebuild in ucs4.2-3
Comment 5 Dirk Wiesenthal univentionstaff 2017-11-23 17:52:13 CET
Rebuilt as
  univention-appcenter 6.0.11-1A~4.2.0.201711231631
Comment 6 Felix Botner univentionstaff 2017-11-24 12:38:14 CET
please add a third category "Installed in domain".

Local apps are listed in "Installed"
Apps that are installed on a different server a listed in "Installed in domain".
Apps that are installed locally and on another server are listed in both.

Fixed in
  univention-appcenter 6.0.11-2A~4.2.0.201711241353

The "Next"/"Back" Buttons seem to be a bit broken but not completely...

The category is shown at the start but then disappears if unused.
