Univention Bugzilla – Bug 41923
When deleting a printer-share the corresponding local config-entries remains untouched
Last modified: 2023-01-25 13:30:52 CET
happened here → Ticket#2016080421000294 --- when removing a printer share from the LDAP, corresponding entries in '/etc/samba/printers.conf' and '/etc/samba/printers.conf.d/*' are deleted but locally by UMC modules managed entries in '/etc/samba/local.config.conf' and '/etc/samba/local.config.d/*' will remain. It looks like this won't result in any real misbehavior but leads to warning messages associated with 'testparm': Processing section "[some_printer]" WARNING: No path in service some_printer - making it unavailable! NOTE: Service some_printer is flagged unavailable.
