On Ticket#2016030721001411, article 26, a customer asks for Nagios monitoring for UCC (explicit: join status).

UCC can be checked by Nagios, but only with UNIVENTION_PING. Further checks must be created manually on the UCC.

There is a Cool Solution wiki article (http://wiki.univention.de/index.php?title=Cool_Solution_-_Monitoring_UCC_with_nagios) that explains how to create Nagios checks on UCC 1. Since UCC objects can be monitored by Nagios, it should be part of the UCC documentation on how to create further checks.
