These packages are maintained in 3.2, but not in 3.3, add them to maintained in 3.3

php5-imagick
php5-geoip
php5-memcache
libssh2-php

These are required for the horde app, already added the packages to the horde app repo in 3.3.

* cherry picked/built packages from 3.3 to 3.3-ucs3.3-1
