One cannot set univention.testing.udm.….create_object(…, ignore_exists=True)

Fixed here:

ucs-test (7.0.6-13):
r73184 | Bug #42672: univention.testing.udm is capable of create --ignore-exists now

Also the UDMTestException class has a __str__ method now so that the output if a test script fails is more human readable.
