Provide Kopano App for UCS 4.2

Since we will move the Kopano Docker migration to a later point, please provide the native Kopano Apps for UCS 4.2 (Core, WebMeetings, Z-Push...).
Kopano has provided an App preview with Debian Jessie packages in the test app center. Ldap config does not work out of the box, because the path of the example config file has changed. After i fixed this, i could install kopano-webapp, login with a new user and send an email. Issues with the Integration are tracked at Kopanos Jira: https://jira.z-hub.io/browse/KUCS-25
New installation on 4.2: OK for all kopano apps Update from 4.1: We have a apt-get autoremove at the end of our setup, which removes apache2-mod-proxy-wstunnel. In that packages' postinst, the apache2 module proxy_wstunnel is deactivated, which should not be the case
