Description Nico Gulden univentionstaff 2017-06-19 13:27:47 CEST
Customer feedback at Ticket#2017060121000925

The current activation process is kind of antiquated. The user would expect an activation link in the email sent to him. This link somehow® remotely should activate his UCS system.

This issue has been filed against UCS 4.2.

UCS 4.2 is out of maintenance and many UCS components have changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug" or reopen it and update the UCS version. In this case please provide detailed information on how this issue is affecting you.
Comment 2 Nico Gulden univentionstaff 2020-07-21 10:40:54 CEST
The simplification of the appliance activation process is still a valid enhancement. I reopen it.
