Only the UCR header warning is added.
Not other template feature is used.
It is still registered for "kerberos/password/quality/.*" (see bug#1430 comment 10) in base/univention-heimdal/debian/univention-heimdal-kdc.univention-config-registry
/usr/ might be read-only.
