If I have too many user accounts for the license, I get the info box that I should delete or disable user accounts. Unfortunately, the modify button is not clickable and I'm unable to disabled users via UMC.

@Christian: Could you check if this still occurs in UCS 4.4. If yes, please change the Version field of this bug to UCS 4.4.

This behavior still occurs on UCS 4.4-3
