Task: create a new DHCP pool

Problem: The UMC dialog does NOT show any information in the dialog about the parent container.
This is a pain for entering the first and last address of range, as the parent subnet contains that information and they must match.
There also should be some validation for the addresses.

The same usability problem exists with DNS, where information about the forward/reverse zone would be helpful!

Still valid with UCS 5.0-0
