Customer tried to remove an App, which failed because the container could not be started.

So the App is still installed (according to the appcenter).

But the container's computer object has been removed and as the container uses this account for (ldap) authentication, the app was no longer working.

Better remove the LDAP host account for an app as last step in the remove process.
