When a license is uploaded into an app appliance, univention-system-activation is running. It blocks access to other UCS Web components until a valid license is provided. Once that is done, the backend reactivates the webserver config and allows login to UMC and SSH.
But the activation service does not wait long enough for the reactivation to complete and services to restart. Users get presented the final activation page to quick, and when they click on the final button which redirects to the UCS Portal page, the page does not load correctly, see attached screenshot. 

I think it is a timing issue because if one waits for 2-3 seconds on the activation page, the portal loads fine.

Workaround is to reload the page, but first time testers will not know that.

This issue has been filed against UCS 4.3.

UCS 4.3 is out of maintenance and many UCS components have changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug" or reopen it and update the UCS version. In this case please provide detailed information on how this issue is affecting you.
