try to log setup errors to the job logfile

Setup check errors are caught in the Celery worker and currently only logged to its logfile. A setup problem should however also appear in the job logfile in /var/lib/u-s-i/jobs/Y/ID/ucs-school-import.log.

This issue has been filed against UCS 4.4.

UCS 4.4 is out of maintenance and UCS components may have vastly changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug" or reopen this issue. In this case please provide detailed information on how this issue is affecting you.
