Reproduce:

- Open "Printers" module without CUPS being installed.
- A notification appears at the bottom
"Printers managed here are used by the application "Print server (CUPS)" which is currently not installed. You can install the application using the Univention App Center"

- The link opens the App Center module but not the detailpage of the app

Really? Just tested it and it works.

Does your App Center know about "cups"? Does it show up in the list?

Works in Firefox, does not work on Chrome. At least not on the first click. The second click (after the App Center loaded) works.
