There are multiple problems with changing the appearance of the portal:
- CSS background doesn't seem to work anymore
- the font color dialog is writable for some reason
- localisation errors: the help texts are always english, the font colors are always german

(side note: I personally think the default background of the portal should be changed to the UMC background color instead of this grey concrete-like texture)
