As an administrator, I would like to be able to restrict access to OpenID Connect services in order not to grant unrestricted access to all users.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Assuming I am in the user module (UMC), have opened a user, select the Apps tab, then I can deactivate the OpenID Connect service for the user at a checkbox.
