Currently a lot of binary properties are transmitted in base64 via JSON.

We should add resources which
1. allow receiving the values in binary form with a certain Content-Type.
2. allow modification of these properties via a multipart/form-data HTTP file upload request.

Links to these resources should be added to the representation.
