umc dhcp service entries of the described behavior

If a new school is created and uses a server of an already existing school as the (educational) school server, the server entry for the dhcp service of the old school is deleted.
The service for the new school now contains the server entry.

Impact: The dhcp service for the existing school stops working.

Desired behavior:
During school creation a server that is already in use by a school can't be set as the school server for a new school, or a warning is displayed.

This issue has been filed against UCS@school 4.4.

UCS@school 4.4 is out of maintenance and components may have vastly changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.

If this issue still occurs in newer versions, please use "Clone this bug" or reopen this issue. In this case please provide detailed information on how this issue is affecting you.
