The customer is using Webweaver and struggled having a valid sender addresses within the HelpDesk App. Therefor it might be a good idea to have the Sender address configureable - probably by referencing one of the email address attributes of a user object.

The sender address is by default the mailPrimaryAddress of the logged in user.

It might be a good idea to be able to simply use the attribute 'mail', isn't it?

This issue has been filed against UCS 4.4.

UCS 4.4 is out of maintenance and UCS components may have vastly changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.
