A customer updated a DC backup from 4.4-2 e418 to 4.4-3 e454 with univention-upgrade --noninteractive
During package, release and app upgrade the following was printed to updater.log/appcenter.log/actualise.log:

Ausstehendes Kernel-Upgrade!

Laufende Kernel-Version:
  4.9.0-11-amd64

Diagnose:
  Für den laufende Kernel ist ein ABI-kompatibles Upgrade ausstehend.

Das System wird nicht automatisch neu gestartet um den neuen Kernel zu laden. Ein Neustart sollte durchgeführt werden. [Return]


The update was stuck until Return was pressed. Since the updated was started non-interactively and the message was only printed to the log and not the screen this prolonged the process for about an hour. 
There shouldn't be such silent inputs, especially if the update was started non-interactively.
