Description Stephan Luft univentionstaff 2020-04-22 16:34:19 CEST
Since 21. April 2020 Microsoft Office 365 is called Microsoft 365 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2020/03/30/new-microsoft-365-offerings-small-and-medium-sized-businesses/)

We should change this in:
- our Documentation (https://docs.software-univention.de/handbuch-4.4.html#idmcloud:o365)
- the app should be renamed and the app description updated (https://www.univention.de/produkte/univention-app-center/app-katalog/office365/)
- the app itself (wizards etc) should be updated
Comment 2 Max Pohle univentionstaff 2020-12-18 18:32:00 CET
The package has not yet been build, because the change spans two repositories and several commits. I have tested the changes by building the package locally. I also think, that it is easier to review the changes as long as the commits are kept individually and are not squashed into single commit on a productive branch. I would therefore like to ask my QA contact to do this final step for me- simply for convenience reasons.

The QA will have to take place in these three independent places:

* the office365 repository branch mpohle/51153 - the actual change and screenshots [1]

* the ucs repository branch mpohle/51153 - updated documentation [3]

* the provider-portal - updated description and screenshots

# With the office365-repo

Please note, that I have chosen to rename an extended attributes `description`s in order to show the connector in the users/user module as `Microsoft 365` instead of `Office 365`, see [2]. By doing so I wanted to archive a consistent look of the module in all customer installations, so that it looks as in the screenshots.

49a1c5b Bug #51153: Office365 is now Microsoft365

To Max work I added translations and various missed renaming, mostly in the python files.
I removed the renaming of installation paths,I think that would lead to problems on updates.
I increased the joinscript, so that the tabName is changed on updates.
I also renamed the authorization endpoint to microsoft365-authorize

In the app itself I updated some screenshots of the wizard again, the logo and the description.

I kept Max documentation

I noticed an inconsistency in the join script.
