univention-ucs-translation-template depends on python3-univention-config-registry which depends on python3-ipaddr.

python3-ipaddr is only available in unmaintained repository atm. 

The chapter about translation in the docs does not mention that: http://docs.software-univention.de/developer-reference-4.4.html#chap:translation

I'd prefer a solution that makes it installable without unmaintained, if possible, since eventually I assume python3-univention-config-registry must be installable from maintained either way.
Adding a hint to unmaintained to the docs would be fine too for the time being.
