Description Erik Damrose univentionstaff 2020-06-19 15:14:25 CEST
The javascript hook to show the 'forgot your password' link in management/univention-self-service/hook/passwordreset.js is provided by the package univention-self-service.

This is unexpected when the self service app is e.g. installed on a DC slave, but the Single Sign-On loginpage is provided by the DC master.

In a customer project much time was spent trying to figure out why the 'forgot your password' link was not shown despite beeing configured by UCR.

Workaround was to also install the package univention-self-service on the server providing the SSO loginpage.
