Daten-Konfig-Log

While answering a ticket I stumbled over a problem with the Counter2.
The defined length of the username (student = 15) is exceeded when changing from 2 to 3 digits of Counter2.

A clean abort with a clear hint about the necessity to adjust the configuration and shorten the username would be useful.
Automatically this will be difficult to solve.

The situation should occur very rarely.
