The PO decided that the allow="" attribute of all iframes in the preview portal should allow any possible values:

"geolocation; microphone; camera; midi; encrypted-media"

allow attribute is present in the DOM.

I was unable to get the jitsi App to actually start camera and microphone, though. But searching the internet, that may be due to some server configuration on the jitsi / UCS side. The iframe seems fine.
