I installed Nextcloud app using WebGUI interface, then uninstalled it via ssh, using "sudo univention-app remove --do-not-backup nextcloud" command. And it remained under "Installed Software" in WebGUI. 
I tried it at least two times, under root and under administrator account with same result. But I don't know whether it is a Nextcloud issue or appcenter. If I get time, I'll check another apps.
