Topic taken from Debian bug report (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=970386). 
A customer has this problem in his environment and asked for the patch. To keep an internal tracking of that issue I created this bug. The patch for Debian 9 is actual in LTS process.
