Sometimes the termination of the udm-cli process during the LDAP registration of an udm module fails. As some join script want to use those modules after the registration, this can break the join process.

But it is not restarted during the join process (at least i can't see DEBUG_INIT in the log file around 11:13:02) and the udm call fails.
