Although the UCR jitsimeet/autostart exists and is set to yes the app is not starting after a reboot.
Users need to run univention-app start jitsimeet manually.

Tested on a memberserver test environment as reported by a customer see attached ticket.

added "restart: always" to all services in docker.compose for

jitsimeet=stable-4416
jitsimeet=stable-5142-3
