Directly after installing UCS 5.0-0-rc0 after USS setup the Univention Welcome Screen is started after USS has finished.

There is a time windows between USS finishing and UWS starting, were you already see the login console (getty). If you start to login there you will get interrupted by UWS popping up and breaking the keyboard at this console. After pressing "any" key to terminate UWS you're back at the console, but entering the username and/or password gets interrupted again and again by "some process" popping in between (looks like another getty).

After hitting the timeout of the initial getty, the console gets reset and after that it works okay.
