univention-fetchmail-schema already registers the extensions and univention-fetchmail depends on univention-fetchmail-schema.

We can savly remove DefaultPackagesMaster from the 5.0 App.

Tested - installation 5.0 replica 
Tested - update 4.4 backup + fetchmail app, updated master and backup to 5.0
