The app "Software-Installationsmonitor" is not installable via the app center because univention-pkgdb is unavailable in UCS 5.0.

Can be installed in UMC App Center. Pretty sure this was a temporary network error on your side. Can you please do a quick double check? Maybe you still have your system?
