If a user is assigned to an additional school in the UMC, then the ucsschoolRole attribute (school_admin:school:xxxxx) must be set manually (if marked as visible in the UMC). In my opinion, this should be set automatically as soon as the user is assigned to an additional school. Users who do not know this create an inconsistent user.
